How long do most people play?

For first time guests, our standard reservation is for 90 minutes. This time includes a brief introduction, as many games as you can play, and a group photo. However, you have the option of booking additional time.

Is there a maximum number of participants?

Each table can accommodate up to 4 players at a time if you’re playing doubles.

Will I receive any training?

Some of our guests are new to table tennis, so your experience will begin with one of our coaches providing brief introduction on the different types of paddles and an overview of the rules. Trust us, you'll get the hang of it in no time!

Do you host parties?

Yes! Table Tennis is the perfect activity for birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate team building and more. For smaller groups (up to 20 guests), you can easily book an event during our regular business hours. Parties have a 2 hour minimum.

For larger groups, or to book an event outside of regular business hours, shoot us on email!

Is there an age requirement?

If you are over the age of 16, you are welcome to participate. However, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Do you allow walk-ins?

Yes, we do.

Can I bring alcohol?

Yes, we are BYOB! BYOB is an additional $5/pp for people 21+ with valid photo government issued photo ID.

What equipment do you provide?

We provide all table tennis equipment. You are allowed to bring your own paddle also.

Do you serve food or drinks?

We do not, but you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages (see above for our BYOB policy).

Can we take pictures and videos?

What is your cancellation policy?

For Team Building and all other hosted events, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to the event. If the event is less than two weeks from the booking date, the full balance will be due upon booking.

Inclement weather policy: customers may reschedule or cancel their reservation within the 48-hour window with no penalty during cases of inclement weather. For cancellations, customers will be issued a gift certificate for the full value of their booking.

Where in Connecticut are you located?

We’re located on the basement floor inside the historic Hartford Carriage House at 111 Allyn Street, Hartford, CT 06103.  People regularly travel from throughout Connecticut to play table tennis at PoP! Hartford.  We’ve hosted guests traveling from towns including Manchester, New Britain, Newington, Wethersfield, Avon, Simsbury, Bloomfield, Windsor, Glastonbury, Farmington and beyond.
